| All of our employees have obtained education from recognized universities and colleges, and have continued to obtain professional certifications from established industry associations. All of SEI’s professional engineers are registered by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of Manitoba (APEGM), and in some cases by professional associations in other provinces. SEI’s engineering technologists are registered with the Certified Technicians and Technologists Association of Manitoba (CTTAM). In addition to the professional organizations mentioned above, SEI’s employees are involved with the following industry associations:
SEI employs Engineers and Technologists who have had previous experience in a diverse variety of industries, involving a wide range of projects. From working in Malaysia building the Kuala Lumpur Monorail system, to reconstructing hydro-electric dams in the United States, to gas turbine engine troubleshooting and repair, our engineers have been there. These wide-ranging projects can take years to complete and provide invaluable experience for our professionals. More recently, we have worked on projects in Canada and the United States, ranging from improvements to food processing plants, bridge construction, and product development. This variety is a testament to the depth of our skills and experience, at the same time creating opportunities for our Junior Engineers to gain valuable experience.
