Tundra Oil & Gas

Tundra Oil & Gas is a growing company initialized in Winnipeg. Tundra’s field office in Virden oversees the day-to-day operation of approximately 1,600 wells. Samson Engineering Inc. provided design services for an addition to hold more offices in the Virden Tundra building. The work for the Tundra Oil & Gas office is ongoing.

The project encompassed civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design and architecture. A concept drawing was designed, followed by the production of structural and architectural drawings. The mechanical systems design included plumbing, hot and cold water supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The electrical component encompassed lighting, receptacles, fire-alarm system, exit and emergency lighting and communications systems. SEI generated the project specifications to be used for tendering.
